At CDA, serving families and child care providers means
looking beyond immediate needs to address the systems that
shape long-term success. By integrating services and building
community partnerships, we help families and providers access
the care and resources that promote resilience and opportunity.
Families and providers turn to CDA with diverse needs, from
economic stability and education to health and emotional
well-being. Through our Family Resources Team, we walk
with families and providers, offering personal guidance and
connecting them to a network of over 50 trusted community
partners. These warm referrals open doors to housing
assistance, mental health care, workforce development,
nutrition programs, parenting resources, and more.
CDA also creates spaces for connection and growth. We offer
workshops and learning opportunities designed to strengthen
provider knowledge and skills. Through provider “open house”
events, we invite participating child care providers to our
of昀椀ce to foster community, build relationships, and create
opportunities for peer networking. These gatherings reinforce
that providers are not alone. They are part of a supportive
community working together to deliver quality care.
