Our Greatest Strength
At CDA, our greatest strength is our people. More than 370 dedicated
employees are the heart of our organization and the foundation of
our impact. Every day, their compassion, expertise, and dedication
make it possible for us to serve children, families, and child care
providers with care and purpose. We are deeply grateful for the
extraordinary work our team accomplished this year, and for the many
ways they went above and beyond to support our community.
