Our 2025 Annual Conference brought together all CDA
staff for a day of connection, re昀氀ection, and inspiration—
reminding us of the power of coming together to learn, grow,
and elevate one another. Centered on this year’s theme,
Elevate!, the conference reinforced that our work extends
far beyond daily operations. Every family supported, every
provider empowered, and every effort made contributes
to transformational change within our communities.
Elevate! served as both a mindset and a call to action—
encouraging participants to invest in their own growth,
strengthen collaboration across the organization, and
continue uplifting the families and providers we serve.
Throughout the day, attendees re昀氀ected on how personal
development, teamwork, and shared purpose create a ripple
effect that leads to stronger, more resilient communities.

The conference featured an energizing keynote by Niki
Spears, a lifelong educator and school leader who believes
leadership is not de昀椀ned by title, but by the ability to create
change from wherever you stand. Through her dynamic and
inspiring message, Niki encouraged participants to “昀椀nd their
spark,” show up fully, and view challenges as opportunities
for growth. Her message reinforced that attitude, purpose,
and belief in oneself are powerful drivers of impact.
